Legal
Seller and Content Policy
Effective 21 August 2026 · Draft for legal review before public launch
1. Seller eligibility
Organizations must provide accurate identity and contact information, appoint responsible administrators, and complete any verification requested by xZamin. Approval may be withheld until identity, authority, content quality, and support readiness are reasonably established.
2. Content rights and quality
Sellers must own or have permission to use every question, lesson, video, download, image, explanation, trademark, and other submitted material. Assessments and courses must be accurately described, usable, professionally presented, and appropriate for the stated audience.
3. Prohibited content
Do not publish plagiarized, deceptive, discriminatory, dangerous, privacy-invasive, unlawful, credential-harvesting, malware-related, or exam-dump content. Do not claim accreditation, guaranteed employment, licensing, or official recognition without documented authority.
4. Student data and support
Sellers may use student information only to deliver and support assessments, grade responses, issue results, meet legitimate recordkeeping duties, and resolve disputes. Sellers must answer content and grading questions promptly and protect confidential assessment and student data.
5. Course versions and certificates
A published course version is an immutable student record. Material content or pricing changes require a new version and marketplace review. Sellers must continue supporting students enrolled in older versions and may not represent an older-version certificate as completion of a newer version.
6. Pricing, fees, refunds, and payouts
Prices must be transparent and each course version may have its own price. Platform fees and seller net proceeds are calculated and recorded per order. Refunds, reversals, disputes, taxes, adjustments, and reserves may reduce available payout balances. Payouts are made only to an approved destination after the applicable review and holding period.
7. Review and enforcement
xZamin may inspect listings and content previews, request corrections, reject or unpublish offers or course versions, withhold disputed balances, or suspend sellers when necessary to protect students or marketplace integrity. Sellers may request reconsideration through support.
