Refund Policy

1. Request window
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and before substantially using the assessment or course. Submit the order reference and reason through the support page.
2. Normally eligible
Duplicate charges, verified technical failures that prevented access, materially misdescribed assessments, or unauthorized transactions reported promptly may qualify after review.
3. Normally ineligible
Completed or substantially attempted assessments, substantially consumed courses, issued course certificates, dissatisfaction with a valid score, missed deadlines disclosed before purchase, rule violations, and requests made after the stated window are normally ineligible unless required by law.
4. Effect and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where possible. Provider processing times vary. Refunded access is revoked and the related assessment or course version may no longer be available in the student's library.
